Rita served in key roles on several management and corporate leadership teams and directed organizations of over 50 technical staff and management.  She has integrated with virtually all departments in the various companies to facilitate execution of project and product deliverables.  She fully understands how R&D and cGMP manufacturing operate across a breadth of different product types.  Some of the expertise Rita can provide is listed below:

 

  • Assess analytical operations and recommend improvements and/or remediation strategies

  • Instill organizational structure and discipline in operations

  • Improve data integrity and quality output

  • Determine operating budgets in terms of staffing, supplies, capital instrumentation, calibrations, etc.

  • Provide analytical leadership along with technical and regulatory expertise

  • Determine analytical requirements respective to various company business operations and projections

  • Serve on the R&D product pipeline development and review committee

  • Set short-term and long-term goals and strategies for the analytical department and company
